Mad River Solar is a fully integrated solar development company based in Waitsfield, Vermont. We currently focus on large commercial and small utility scale solar projects in New England. We have the capability to take projects from conception to completion, with the help of our sister company KMK Solar's construction services. We also provide consulting services to other companies, municipalities and non-profits in need of large scale solar expertise.
Jared jumped into the solar industry in 2010 in Massachusetts, helping build out a new solar arm at Sandri Energy. Most recently he led M&A on the east coast for NextEra Energy Resources, the largest owner/operator of solar in the United States. When he’s not thinking solar, he enjoys skiing, backpacking, mountain biking, and sampling local brews with his wife, Emma, and rescue dog, Maggie Mae.
Chad entered the solar industry in 2013 with his second company, KMK Solar Structures, a solar construction company. He has since installed over 200MW of commercial solar projects throughout the eastern United States.
